Experiencing issues with Internet Explorer 9

If you’ve recently updated to Internet Explorer 9 and you are experiencing issues such as SmarterMail fails to successfully complete your login, some Web site features no longer work, Internet Explorer stops working on some Web sites or menus, images or text are in the wrong positions on some Web sites, you will need to turn on Compatibility View.

Compatibility view displays web pages as if they were viewed by an earlier version of the browser.

You can visit our support site for instructions on how to Turn On Compatibility view in both Internet Explorer 8 & 9.

Note: Internet Explorer 9 will not install on systems still running Windows XP.
